We understand the importance of providing a reliable service that will not compromise on quality at the expense of the ‘fast track' nature of these projects.
Before we commence any project we will plan the works meticulously ensuring all package and material orders are placed early in the procurement process. A programme identifying key off-site activities in addition to all on-site activities will be presented to the client for agreement. Once agreed this programme will act as a tool to monitor and regularly update the client on progress. Any minor changes will be incorporated if necessary into the programme to ensure that the earliest completion is achieved.
All projects will have experienced ‘shop fit' on-site supervision and a visiting Contracts Manager and the re-assurance that a Director of WCI will act as single point of contact from the very earliest involvement through to and beyond completion. We aim to provide the ‘best possible' service.
