Our ‘shop fitting' background gives a very positive ‘can do' approach with our site supervisors very adept at problem solving and working as necessary to achieve tight timescale targets within the constraints of a contract.

We understand the sensitive nature of office fit-out, in particular when significant areas of the office may remain functioning. In this situation WCI will agree prior to commencing any works on site the sequence of works, access, routes, delivery & storage points. The initial activity on commencing the project will be to adequately sign and protect any routes to the work areas that may affect existing office users.
Our aim is to minimize any inconveniences to office users whilst maintaining the highest safety awareness.

Where requested, WCI will prepare a mock-up area in advance of the main work activities this will give the opportunity for the client and team to check the quality of finish and if appropriate agree any minor specification changes.
