WCI's designers will develop a scheme from the client's brief and prepare initial sketch proposals for your approval before developing detailed designs. Where necessary, planning and building regulation applications will be made and approvals sought. Throughout this stage WCI will regularly update budget costs to the point where final designs and fixed lump sum costs are agreed.

Where the client has prepared designs and gained necessary approvals WCI will liaise with the client's representative and project manage the works through to completion, regularly updating the client at all stages on progress and agreeing costs quickly for any changes made to designs during the construction stage.

WCIL are very keen to offer their expertise and advice in a pro-active manner during the pre-construction stage on working methods, processes and alternative materials that may offer both cost and time advantages that will ensure peace of mind to the Client.
