Prior to commencing any project WCI will produce a detailed Construction Phase health and safety plan which will contain policy, safe procedures, risk assessments and method statements relating to all aspects of the works to be undertaken. A copy will be issued to the Client and a further copy maintained on the site.

Within the Plan there will be monitoring report sheets that will be completed by our site supervisor or visiting contracts manager for review with a Director and then maintained as a record. Any actions necessary from any reports made will be immediately actioned.

On completion of a project a detailed Operational Manual, containing record drawings, certificates, key information on materials and specialist suppliers used in the completion of the works. In addition to hard copies of the Manual WCI will produce full copies on disc for ease of use, storage and record.
