PROJECT: The conversion and fit-out of an existing Grade II listed Pub into a contemporary Tabanackie style Chinese buffet restaurant.

Works include:

• Negotiation with Planners, Conservation and Building Control.
• Careful covering of existing floor finishes and fire places.
• Incorporating new electrical, plumbing, ventilation and a/c services to restaurant, bar, kitchen and dining areas.
• New floor and wall finishes
• New purpose made joinery bar, and servery units incorporating granite tops and walnut panels.
• Free standing walnut screens with etched glass panels
• Ancillary external works, paving, drainage and fencing.
