The Podium - Eversholt Street - Office Refurbishment

WCI have recently completed a 14 week project for large surveying Company Lambert Smith Hampton in Eversholt Street NW1. The project involved the strip out of ceilings, partitions, electrical, data, WC cubicles and flooring. The total area for the floor was approximately 20,000 square feet (1900 SqM), in addition to this WCI also caried out the refurbishment of 2no lift lobbies and reception area. The refurbishment works involved:

Full electrical installation including door access control, lighting, intruder alarm and fire alarm.

Mechanical Installation including adapting existing ventilation and sprinkler system.

Suspended Ceilings.
Decorations.
Flooring.
Cubicle Systems.
Joinery.
Signage.
