Berkeley Homes - Kidbrooke - Sales, Marketing Suite and Show Flat

WCI have recently completed an 18 week project for prestigious house builder Berkeley Homes PLC in Kidbrooke, SE London. The project involved the first fit out stages of the entire 100 million pound construction site with the Sales, Marketing Suite and 2 bed show flat. This was a challenging project as construction works were progressing at an extreme rate and deadlines were critical to ensure the Suite was opened on time.WCI also carried out the refurbishment of the gymnasium area of the old school building on the Ferrier Estate into the Kidbrooke Regeneration Centre which was opened by the Mayor of London - Boris Johnson.Both projects involved:

Major Mechanical Installation including ventilation and air conditioning.
Full electrical installation including door access control, scene lighting, intruder alarm and fire alarm.
Full height glazed partitions.
Decorations.
Flooring.
Formation of coffered feature ceilings.
Joinery.
Signage.
