Office Fit-Out at Bourne End Bucks

PROJECT: This project consisted of the complete office fit-out of an existing 2storey office building for Thames Valley Police

Works include:

• Overhaul existing tiled roof and existing curtain wall elevations.
• Complete air-conditioning, ventilation and heating systems.
• Complete new small power, lighting, fire alarms and security.
• New suspended ceiling, internal walls and plastering.
• New male and female toilets, shower and disabled, with vanity units and mirrors.
• Carpet and Vinyl floor finishes, decorations and internal signage.
• New Oak faced doors and frames with stainless steel ironmongery.
• Four new kitchen areas incl. new cupboards and plumbing.
• Vertical security blinds to Ground floor elevations.
