PROJECT: Major structural alterations to Basement, Ground and 1st floors for the Landlord prior to the new fit-out of a Mexx store.

Works include:

• Demolish / strip back to shell B, Grd and 1st floors
• Take out existing concrete floors to enable adaption of existing steel frame and forming new stair / atria openings.
• Removal of two steel columns supporting 8 stories.
• Incorporation of approx 35Tonne structural steel within confined space
• Replacement beam and block flooring, Grd and 1st floors
• New concrete and steel stairs with blockwork enclosing walls
• Fire protection to all steelwork
